14 May, 2009. Limassol, Cyprus: The Annual General Meeting of SeaBird Exploration Limited ('SeaBird") is completed. All proposals on the agenda were adopted.
 
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SeaBird has approved the financial statements and annual report 2008.
 
The AGM has elected Mr. Frans Malmros, Mr. Kjell Mathiassen and Mr. Melvin Teigen as Directors for a two year term.  Following this the Board of Directors constitutes; Mr. Frans Malmros, Mr. Jan-Eivind Fondal, Mr. Robert Lane, Mr. Ola Lorentzon, Mr. Melvin Teigen, Mr. Tim Isden and Mr. Kjell Mathiassen. 
 
The AGM has re appointed Mr. Dag Reynolds, Mr. Kjell Mathiassen and Mr. Thomas Aanmoen to serve as Nomination Committee for a two year term.
