8 May, 2008. British Virgin Islands/Dubai/London: The Annual General Meeting of SeaBird Exploration Limited ('SeaBird") is completed. All proposals on the agenda were adopted.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SeaBird has approved the financial statements and annual report 2007.
The AGM has elected Mr. Tim Isden, Mr. Jan-Eivind Fondal, Mr. Robert Lane and Mr. Ola Lorentzon as Directors for a two year term.  Following this the Board of Directors constitutes; Mr. Tim Isden, Mr. Jan-Eivind Fondal, Mr. Robert Lane, Mr. Ola Lorentzon, Mrs. Bergthora Ketilsdottir, Mr. Frans Malmros and Mr. Kjell Mathiassen. 
The AGM has elected Mr. Dag Reynolds, Mr. Kjell Mathiassen and Mr. Thomas Aanmoen to serve as Nomination Committee.
