May 16, 2007. British Virgin Islands/Dubai: The Annual General Meeting of SeaBird Exploration Limited ('SeaBird") is completed. All proposals on the agenda were adopted.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SeaBird Exploration Limited has approved the financial statements and annual report 2006.
 
The AGM has elected Mr. Frans Malmros, Mr. Kjell Mathiassen and Mrs. Bergthora K. Ketilsdottir as Directors for a two year term.  Following this the Board of Directors constitutes; Mr. Tim Isden, Chairman, Mr. Jan Eyvind Fondal, Mr. Anders Færden, Mrs. Bergthora Ketilsdottir, Mr. Frans Malmros and Mr. Kjell Mathiassen.  
 
The AGM has elected Mr. Carl Gustav Zickerman, Mr. Kjell Mathiassen and Mr. Thomas Aanmoen  to serve as Nomination Committee.
